I put this on my personal calendar for NAB without bothering to explain it, and now I’m seeing it being passed around without detail. That is fairly amusing to me, so I figured I should uh, explain.

Like 6 months ago, there was a Twitter conversation between myself, Ben Barden, and Deb Eschweiler. Ben had posted a celebratory tweet post-project in which he was drinking a fancy (to us) wine.

Deb and I got into a conversation about said alcohol and its fanciness and our desire to try it. Ben, possibly tipsy, told us he’d bring a bottle to NAB.

We decided to go with it.

So there you go. Twitter International Wine Tasting. A completely informal event to be held somewhere at LVH on Wednesday evening around 6. Bring a bottle of local wine (or whatever) and we’ll sample each others’ stash before disappearing into the night.
